Ingredients:

– 1 kg potatoes peeled

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup milk

– 2 tbsp garlic, minced fine

– 1 cup CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT grated

– 1 cup CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR grated

– sea salt to tase

– freshly ground black pepper to taste
