Broiled Salmon with Cheese Sauce made with CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE, CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE and QUEENSLAND BUTTER

Ingredients:
– 500 grams salmon
– 4 tbsp flour
– 4 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 3-4 cups milk
– 1-2 cups CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE
– 2 cups CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
