Corned Beef & Potato Fritata made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE

Ingredients:
– 300 grams corned beef
– 200 grams potato
– 50 grams onions (sliced thin)
– 100 grams QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 30 grams garlic (minced)
– 100 grams CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 8 eggs (beaten)
– 4 tbsp Fresh Herbs (chopped)
