Baked Tortang Talong Pie made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER, CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE and CHE-VITAL QUESO DE BOLA

Ingredients:
– 500g eggplant (sliced thin, grilled)
– 150g QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 100g diced onions
– 50g minced garlic
– 200g ground pork
– 100g tomato paste
– 5 bay leaves
– 300g tomato sauce
– salt and pepper to taste
– 200g CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 100g CHE-VITAL QUESO DE BOLA
