Cheese Cupcake made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER, CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp lemon rind
– 8 ounce can condensed milk
– 1/2 cup grated CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT
