Cheesy Tahong and Scallops made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
Ingredients:
– 1/2 kg tahong or mussels
– 1/2 kg scallops with shell
– 1 cup bacon (chopped)
– 2 tbsp garlic (chopped)
– 2 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE (grated)
