Bacon Mac and Cheese Made with CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE, CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE and QUEENSLAND BUTTER

Ingredients:
– 2 cups bacon
– 1 pack elbow macaroni (400 grams)
– 1 cup QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 1/2 cup flour
– salt and ground white pepper to taste
– 1 cup CHE-VITAL CHEDDAR CHEESE
– 1 1/2 cup CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 1 onion chopped
– 4 cloves garlic chopped
– 2 bay leaves
– 8 cups whole milk
– 1/4 cup bread crumbs
