Spiced Lemon Butter Chicken
SPICED LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN (with herb cheese sauce) made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER and CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
Ingredients for the Chicken:
– 500g chicken thigh boneless
– 1 pc lemon (juice & zest)
– 1/2 cup flour
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
– 2-3 tbsp tarragon or any fresh herb
– 6 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– salt
– pepper
Ingredients for the Cheese Sauce:
– 3 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 1 cup CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE (grated)
– 2 tbsp flour
– 1 cup chicken stock
– 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
– 1/2 cup cream
– salt
– pepper
