CHEESY POTATO CROQUETTES (with Sofrito) made with GOLDEN CROWN BUTTER COMPOUND and CHE-VITAL QUICK MELT
Ingredients for Croquettes:
– 4 tbsp GOLDEN CROWN BUTTER COMPOUND
– CHE-VITAL QUICK MELT (cut large cubes)
– 500g potatoes (peeled)
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 pcs eggs (beaten)
– 1 cup flour
– 2 cups bread crumbs
– water

– 1 pc garlic (minced)
– 1 pc white onion (small diced)
– 2 cups canned tomato puree
– 2 pcs bay leaves
