Garlic Prawns with Calamansi Butter Sauce

GARLIC PRAWNS with Calamansi Butter Sauce Made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER

Ingredients for the Prawns:
– 10 pcs prawns (head off, butterfly cut)
– 1 tsp paprika
– salt and pepper to taste
– melted butter for frying

Ingredients for the Sauce:
– 1 tbsp calamansi juice
– 4 tbsp shrimp stock (from the shrimp heads simmered in 1 cup of water)
– 4 tbsp shallots
– 2 tbsp cream
– 1 cup QUEENSLAND BUTTER (cut into cubes)
– 2 tbsp fresh herbs
– salt and pepper to taste
