Baked Fish Pangat
BAKED FISH PANGAT made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER
Ingredients:
– 1 cup QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 2 pcs Whole Fish (tilapia, king fish etc)
– 1 pc Head Garlic (sliced)
– 6 pcs Tomatoes (sliced round)
– 2 to 3 tbsp Patis
– 8 pcs Calamansi (juice)
– 1 to 2 tsp Sea Salt
– 6 pcs Green Sili
– Fresh Herbs for Garnish
