Easy Cheese Fondue

EASY CHEESE FONDUE made with CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE and QUEENSLAND BUTTER

Ingredients:
– 500g CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 1 cup QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 cup chicken stock
– 2 cloves garlic
– 3 pcs calamansi
– 1 tsp dijon mustard
– 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
