CHEESE STUFFED BURGER STEAK made with CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE and QUEENSLAND BUTTER
Ingredients for the Burger Patty:
– 2 cups grated CHE-VITAL QUICKMELT CHEESE
– 1 kg ground beef
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 4 tbsp evaporated milk
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 4 garlic cloves
– salt
– ground pepper
Ingredients for the Mushroom Gravy
– 4 tbsp QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 1/2 cup onion (minced)
– 1 cup mushroom (chopped)
– 2 cloves garlic
– 3 tablespoon flour
– 3 cups chicken stock
