BUTTERY LECHON PAKSIW made with QUEENSLAND BUTTER and CHE-VITAL KESO DE BOLA CHEESE

Ingredients:
– 300g QUEENSLAND BUTTER
– 100g CHE-VITAL KESO DE BOLA CHEESE
– 1kg lechon meat
– 300g garlic sliced
– 100g onion sliced
– 30g lechon sauce
– salt
– 30g vinegar
– 30g soy sauce
– 30g sugar
– 5g peppercorns
– 5g bay leaves
– 50g green onions chopped
