Tapuy Etag Pasta made with Queensland Butter and Che-Vital Cheddar

📌Ingredients of Tapuy Etag Pasta:
– 1/2 cup Queensland Butter
– 1 cup Chevital Cheddar Cheese (grated)
– 1/2 cup etag (small diced)
– 1/2 cup tapuy (rice wine)
– 1 head garlic (minced)
– 1 cup white onion (small diced)
– 1/2 cup carrots (small diced)
– 1/2 cup celery (small diced)
– 3 cups tomato sauce or whole canned tomatoes
– 1 cup stock (chicken or pork)
– 1 pack pasta (500 grams)
– salt & pepper to taste
– chopped fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
