– 240ml boiling water
– 295g plain (all purpose flour)
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
– 400g granulated white sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 240 ml milk
– orange skins
