Buko Pandan Bread made with Queensland Butter

🧀Ingredients of Buko Pandan Bread:

  • 1 1/2 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Queenland Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Pandan Leaves
  • Pandan Flavored Coloring

Topping:

  • 2/3 cup Cake Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 grams Sugar
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut

Filling:

  • 1 Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Grated Coconut (Fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Queensland Butter
